The current 837 Professional claim does not have a field for the time of pickup for transportation providers.  This information is used to determine whether a claim is a duplicate to another claim.  Without this information, claims for transportation services provided more than once in a day will not be processed correctly.  The time of pickup is needed to demonstrate two separate occurences of transportation services on the same date.   
Suggestion
Add a field for the pickup time to the situational loop at the 2420 level with NM1 qualifier of 'PW' (pickup location).
