Suggestion
Explicit references to HIEC codes are no longer needed.  Delete qualifier "IV" from data elements SV101-1, SVD03-1, and HCP09.  Delete Code Source 513.

Recommendation
Approve. The DSMO approves the removal of the HIEC code set qualifiers from future versions of the TR3s. The DSMO also invites the CR requestor to submit a Data Maintenance for the removal from the standard of the code set source reference and qualifiers from all impacted data elements (list in DSMO CR was incomplete).
