Recommendation
Approve. This has already been corrected in the 4050 guide.  It is an error currently contained in the 4010A guide.  Instead of CLM05-03 being referenced, CLM05-02 is referenced.  The DSMO recommends that a frequently asked question (FAQ) be developed on the CMS HIPAA web site for clarification purposes.
